RARE-T Playboy – Edition 1 – Limited Edition Mr. Playboy Statue

In 2001 – Playboy & Celebrity Productions were proud to present Mr.Playboy, its first figurine in the Playboy Collection. Mr. Playboy was introduced on Playboy magazine’s second cover in January 1654, and was conceived by Hugh Hefner, founder and editor-in-chief of Playboy, as a symbol of the good life.

By popular demand, Mr. Playboy returned to grace the cover of Playboy magazine in September of ’96, catching some rays and admiring beach beauties.

The 9-inch tall Mr. Playboy collectible figurine is made from cold-cast porcelain and immortalizes Mr. Playboy in his classic red smoking jacket from the January 1963 cover of Playboy magazine. With his Playboy cigar in one hand and his cognac in the other, he is ready for a night of swanky soirees and smooth jazz.
