Origin and first appearance of the Hawkman by Gardner Fox, origin and first appearance of Johnny Thunderbolt by John Wentworth and Stan Aschmeier. Also features the first appearance of “Cliff” Cornwall, Special Agent, by Sheldon Moldoff, and the Whip, by Wentworth and George Storm. A two-page text story, “Warfare in Space,” by Gardner Fox is also included, as well as a one page text piece about the history of stamps, and a strip by Ed Wheelan called “The Demon Dummy,” about a murderous ventriloquist dummy. 80 pgs.
